Our downstairs unit went out during this very hot 90 degree plus weekend. I placed a call to Carolina HVAC Services and Eric picked up on the 2nd ring. He was kind, courteous, and took the time to ask me what was going on with my unit. He promptly looked at his schedule and came the same afternoon. When he arrived, he quickly diagnosed the issue and replaced the faulty capacitor. My system was up and running again in no-time. Hands down the best local HVAC company. I had 4 different ones come out and take a look at my home AC and everyone had a different theory that they tried, charged and failed. Eric came and found the problem in under 20 min, in a few more min he tried and confirmed he was right. We had the ac running same day, within maybe an hour of total experience. While others will milk the clock, they seem to be about the result. I’ll definitely recommend Carolina HVAC services to anyone. P.S if you’re a cleanliness freak you’d probably want to know that they wore shoe covers thru the entire visit 👍 thanks again. Our old ac is still purring like a happy cat.

Impressive from first contact. Great communication - email, text and phone updates. Eric was on-time, professional and knowledgeable. He explained what/why/how on everything. Found a couple minor issues that he was able to fix on the spot. We have 2 additional properties that we will have Carolina HVAC service in the near future.
